Now, about the opportunity: In the Project Manager position, you’ll manage a cross functional team and work side by side with creative directors, copywriters, art directors and social creators always looking for creative ways to promote campaigns and ignite conversation among the audience. This is a role where you’ll partner with an entertainment, editorial and popular culture company in their marketing campaigns for LATAM. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities.
In this role you will:
- Receive briefs and identify their needs in order to enhance ad hoc teams for several projects and take into account their requirements: objectives, KPIs, resources, vendors, production
- Create debriefs with information, context and resources that help the creative labor
- Keep horizontal and transparent communication with clients and teams
- Have a constant communication flow with Marketing Managers within the client team, keeping them up to date with the status of the overall operation
- Consolidate feedback from clients
- Offer creative and executional input for marketing campaigns
- Ensure that every campaign and its assets meets the quality standards, needs and brief of the campaign
- Create and maintain project agendas, syncs, calendar, tracking docs in order to improve the team operativity
- Offer creative and executional input for marketing campaigns
- Request and supervise budgets
- Keep a constant communication, monitoring the status of every project
- Schedule management, identifying priorities, deadlines and tasks
- Supervise deliveries assuring they meet the requirements of the initial brief
- Lead regional projects with different social contexts all across LATAM, being the main point of contact of external partners
- Align and be the intermediary between cross functional teams for each project: editorial, AV, art, creatives, social creators, amongst others
- Collect, organize and distribute the assets and supplies of every project
- Operative coordination of projects
- Keep a constant communication with the Operations team and the Head of Client
Experience you already have:
- 4 years of experience managing cross functional teams
- 4-6 years of experience working in creative agencies or creative services teams
- Customer relationship skills (100% client-facing)
- Social Media Savvy (must have and use social networks daily)Must be aware of pop culture, new series, movies, and social media conversations
- Good English communication skills
- Be up to date with innovative audiovisual content formats
