A World-Changing Company

Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more.

The Role

Palantir Technologies' Proposal and Capture Strategy Team, known internally as the Wordsmiths, seeks a versatile writer and project manager to win new public and private sector opportunities.

Wordsmiths work closely with Palantir's engineering, business development, and legal teams to articulate Palantir's value proposition on a wide range of topics. We craft compelling prose to explain how our technology addresses critical issues faced by public institutions and commercial enterprises. Our outputs include strategic and technical analyses of complex IT procurements, as well as detailed responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) / requests for tenders (RFTs). Wordsmiths also lead a range of business development (BD), capture management, and proposal management efforts. This includes qualifying new opportunities, partnering with BD counterparts to identify the most effective pursuit strategies, and overseeing complex, multi-vendor BD processes.

This role is a unique opportunity to develop and demonstrate broad expertise in bid tradecraft, technical writing, and enterprise BD strategy. If you believe in the transformational power of data and technology and in your own ability to bring that power to bear against complex problems, we want to meet you.
