Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Vendor Management: Source and procure parts and materials from a range of vendors. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs and ensure consistent supply.Inventory Control: Track and manage inventory levels, implement best practices in stock organization, and maintain accurate records to support production needs.Production Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, operations) to forecast demand, schedule production batches, and ensure timely availability of parts.Parts Preparation & Coordination: Oversee incoming parts, prepare and kit them for production, and troubleshoot any supply or quality issues that may arise.,
Qualifications
Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management (preferably in a manufacturing or hardware startup environment).Strong negotiation and communication skills; fluency in Mandarin is a significant plus.Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic production planning.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Knowledge of 3D printing is a bonus.,
