Job Overview   
 
Welocalize is an award-winning localization and data transformation company. We run one of the world’s largest Ads Rating Programs and we want you to join our team of Data Analysts. 
 
As a Data Analyst, you will contribute to the widespread success of the Ads Rating program by managing and analyzing the program’s data. 
 
You will ingest, analyze, and visualize project-specific data along with general program data. 
 
You’ll be part of a wider team of data scientists, analysts, and expert raters working to improve the digital experience for end-users across the world. 
 
In other words, you will be the expert our team relies on to support data manipulation at scale. 
 
This role is great for people who:
- Have extensive experience generating data visual reports used in key business decision-making processes.
- Can customize reports to align with client- and stakeholder-specific needs.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including working familiarity with statistics and statistical concepts.
- Are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and/or clarify reporting requirements.
- Have excellent written and oral skills necessary to communicate requirements, results, and analyses of complex problems to various stakeholders.

Job Title: Data Analyst 
Location: Remote/work from home, Argentina– Note: Even though the position is WFH, you must reside in Argentina. This will be automatically checked during the hiring process. 
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week 
Start Date: ASAP 

Experience & Requirements

Required: Excellent understanding of English (written and spoken).
Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, or IT/IS. 
Required: Experience and comprehensive familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI for business reporting purposes. Previous experience in a report production role is preferred.
Required: Proficiency in SQL.
Required: Must sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Preferred: Proficiency in Python, R, and/or TensorFlow.
Preferred: 2+ years of experience providing advisory or consulting services, including helping clients achieve quantitative goals by improving performance through advanced analytics solutions.
Preferred: Familiar with working in an Agile development environment
