Welocalize is an award-winning localization and data transformation company. We run one of the world’s largest Ads Rating Programs and we want you to join our team as a Quality Manager. 
 
As a Quality Manager, you will ensure that the Ads Rating program meets or exceeds the quality standards set by our client. 
 
You will be responsible for understanding and supporting the quality needs, challenges, and successes of the program.  
 
You will communicate and collaborate with both the program team and the client to boost, maintain, and troubleshoot quality deliverables. 
 
You’ll be part of a wider team of data scientists, analysts, and expert raters working to improve the digital experience for end-users across the world.

Experience and Requirements

  • Proven experience in fast-paced, client-centric, data-centric environments. 
  • Experience with team management and group leadership is preferred.
  • Comfortable leading conversations with clients regarding quality while anticipating their needs. 
  • Ability to analyze root causes, perform corrective and preventive actions, and escalate matters while maintaining client-facing documentation relating to language quality.
  • Excellent understanding of English (written and spoken). 
  • 5+ years of increasing responsibility and experience in quality management, quality analysis, or related subjects. 
  • Experience in AI data project execution and/or localization. 
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.  
  • Familiar with working in an Agile development environment. 
  • Must sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement.

  • Location: Remote/work from home, Spain– Note: even though the position is WFH, you must reside in Spain. This will be automatically checked during the hiring process. 
  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week. 
  • Start Date: ASAP 
  • Project Duration: 12 months (with a high possibility of extension).
