About the Role:
We are looking to fill a contract-to-hire Recruiting Coordinator role. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts by coordinating various aspects of the hiring process. You will own the coordination process and work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the recruitment process, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective process coordination strategies.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, including managing candidate communications and ensuring a positive interview experience.
- Prepare and distribute job postings on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Assist in creating and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports to analyze the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent the recruiting team during in person interviews in Austin by managing interview schedules any day of logistics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software; experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing exceptional candidate experiences.
