Scale’s Talent Acquisition team is an integral part of the organization’s success. In this role, you will focus on data and reporting, headcount management, and other recruiting operations related things (e.g., systems and processes, compliance, candidate experience). You have strong analytical skills and a clear understanding of how data flows between systems. You will work directly with other leaders on Recruiting, People, Finance, etc.
You will:
- In the beginning dedicate 75% of your time helping on Recruiting Ops asks for our EPD (Engineering Product Design) department, which includes:
- Managing and tracking headcount
- Creating and analyzing data reports and dashboards
- Maintaining data cleanliness in our systems, hiring plans, JDs, offer details, etc.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to build out and improve data infrastructure and reporting
- Help troubleshoot issues for recruiting systems (ATS: Greenhouse) and processes
- Come into the SFHQ office twice a week
Ideally you’d have:
- 3+ years of experience working in Recruiting Operations at a rapidly growing company
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel (VLOOKUP, queries, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, filters, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to pull and manipulate data sets, analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Must have an understanding of Recruiting Pipelines, Funnels, and Conversion metrics
- Experience with an ATS (preferably Greenhouse)
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal, and the ability to adjust based on the audience
- Strong attention to detail
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with various TA tools such as ModernLoop, Headcount365, Gem, and LinkedIn
- Experience with SQL
- Previous startup experience
The base salary range for this full-time position in San Francisco, CA is $92,000 - $110,400. Compensation packages at Scale include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.Scale employees are also granted Stock Options that are awarded upon board of director approval.
