What you'll do:
Be accountable for a positive candidate experience during the entire interveiw processCollaborate with recruiters to prepare and post job descriptionsRun weekly recruiting metric reports60% Interview Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and our hiring managersManage calendars and availability to make sure everything runs smoothlyKeep candidates in the loop with all the details they needConfirm interview appointments and follow up with candidates when needed40% Candidate Sourcing:
Use different sourcing methods to find and attract top candidatesBuild and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future rolesCalibrate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand how to uplevel their teamProvide updates to the recruiting team on sourcing and scheduling progressWhat we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or something similarly relevant1+ years experience in recruitingIn-house recruiting experience is a plusAgency recruiting experience is a plusGrit, empathy, and a growth-mindsetA consummate team-playerDiscretion with sensitive informationSomeone who moves fast and is fearlessSomeone who wants to be here for 5+ yearsWhat we offer:
