What you'll do:

  • Be accountable for a positive candidate experience during the entire interveiw process
  • Collaborate with recruiters to prepare and post job descriptions
  • Run weekly recruiting metric reports
  • 60% Interview Scheduling:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and our hiring managers
  • Manage calendars and availability to make sure everything runs smoothly
  • Keep candidates in the loop with all the details they need
  • Confirm interview appointments and follow up with candidates when needed
  • 40% Candidate Sourcing:
  • Use different sourcing methods to find and attract top candidates
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles
  • Calibrate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand how to uplevel their team
  • Provide updates to the recruiting team on sourcing and scheduling progress
  • What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or something similarly relevant
  • 1+ years experience in recruiting
  • In-house recruiting experience is a plus
  • Agency recruiting experience is a plus
  • Grit, empathy, and a growth-mindset
  • A consummate team-player
  • Discretion with sensitive information
  • Someone who moves fast and is fearless
  • Someone who wants to be here for 5+ years
