Contribute to building and refining product evaluations and auto judges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and effectiveness of AI models.

Engage in model tuning and development to support new product features.

Help in scaling and automating processes to manage the growing demands of AI product development.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in AI modeling and evaluation

Experience with large language models (LLMs) and model tuning.

Programming experience in Python and hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch.

Research experience in machine learning, deep learning, and/or natural language processing.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Direct experience in AI modeling and evaluation.

Publications in top AI conferences

Direct experience in generative AI and LLM research.

$70.67/hour to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
