About the Role

We are looking for a research/engineering lead to create the next generation of our model evaluation systems with a focus on evaluation infrastructure. • Work with researchers to make evaluation a streamlined and high signal process.

  • Be willing to dive into large, ML codebases to help debug.

  • Optimize performance, and improve observability of the system.

  • Incorporate new kinds of evaluations from academic papers, and internal research ideas.

  • Take ownership over the organization and presentation of results.

You might thrive in this role if you:

  • Experience working in complex technical environments

  • Experience debugging ML systems.

  • Experience with the python

  • Experience with kubernetes / distributed infrastructure
