In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing our revenue operations, working with a dynamic team dedicated to creating efficiencies in financial and operational workflows across our agency. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to learn and grow within the digital marketing and operations space, helping us streamline processes and ensure data integrity. You will have exposure to several key functions of the business, including billing management, Salesforce administration, and media reconciliation.

We’re looking for someone organized and detail-oriented who can work collaboratively and also take new areas of ownership and run with them autonomously. A core area of ownership for this role will be establishing and managing an efficient billing management process for our clients. You’ll also support Media Buying Agreements (MBAs) and handle media reconciliation, providing crucial assistance in ensuring data accuracy and compliance. The right candidate will have an analytical mindset, able to connect the dots between various operational processes, and a knack for finding solutions to keep our revenue operations at peak performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Billing Management: Develop, stand up, and autonomously manage the billing management process for our initial test clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing operations.
  • Salesforce Support: Support the RevOps team with Salesforce data management.
  • Media Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling media spends and working with the Media Buying Agreements (MBAs) to ensure accurate tracking and billing.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the RevOps team, including special projects and data audits.
About You

The essentials:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in a finance, operations, or related role, ideally within a digital marketing or agency setting is strongly preferred.
  • Billing & Reconciliation: Familiarity with billing processes and reconciliation for client services or media buying.
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Experience working in Salesforce (or other CRM systems) is preferred.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, spot discrepancies, and solve issues with a data-driven approach.
  • Detail-oriented: High attention to detail, especially when managing financial and client data.
  • Flexible Work Style: Comfortable taking initiative and working autonomously to manage core areas of responsibility.

We’re looking for a candidate who thrives in a collaborative yet fast-paced environment and who can navigate both strategic and tactical elements of revenue operations. If you are detail-oriented, highly organized, and ready to grow within a supportive team, we’d love to see your application!
