As our first Sales Development Representative, you'll be instrumental in our growth journey, working directly with our Chief Revenue Officer/VP of Growth. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Prospecting: Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
Pipeline Building: Generate and qualify new business opportunities through multiple channels.
Meeting Generation: Schedule quality meetings between prospects and our senior sales team.
Prospect Engagement: Create personalised, compelling outreach that resonates with prospect challenges.
Market Intelligence: Gather and share valuable market insights with the wider business.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics and pipeline value.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to refine approach.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 1+ years in B2B sales development or a similar new business role.
Achievement: Track record of consistently achieving targets.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of business dynamics.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRMs, sequencing and lead gen tools.
Professionalism: Confident presentation skills and a professional manner.

Desirable Experience

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise software sales.
Executive Engagement: Experience selling to Head Of and above roles at large enterprises.
Technical Understanding: Knowledge of AI  technologies and solutions.
