About The Role
As a Sales Enablement Manager at Jasper, you will drive the development and execution of training and content strategies that empower our Sales and Customer Success teams. This role will help us expand critical sales enablement programs, as our GTM organization grows increasingly complex and global. The next 12 months will be exciting and fast-paced, and this role will help us support our GTM growth. The ideal candidate will bring experience in sales enablement, a self-directed and entrepreneurial attitude, and a desire to push the envelope in the use of tools and AI to drive efficiency at every stage of B2B selling.
This fully remote role reports to the Director of Sales Enablement and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
What you will do at Jasper
Complete oversight and management of our ever-boarding program for our GTM teams. Continuously seek out topics and relevant learning opportunities from across Jasper's GTM and EPD teams to ensure our sellers are up-to-date. Coach presenters to deliver compelling updates that both educate and motivate our GTM teams.
Partner deeply with our Product Marketing organization to help shape their enablement materials to appeal to a diverse group of GTM roles and what they need.
Define and own our content repository, so that our GTM teams can easily find and leverage what they need in a fast-moving market like AI. Arm them to be the most efficient GTM team in our space, and continually seek new and innovative ways to get the right content to the right roles at the right time.
Push the Jasper GTM organization to assess and leverage AI and innovation at every step of our sales process. Take the initiatives we already have - and keep pushing us to use technology to reduce administrative work, so that we can focus more time on strategic customer engagement.
Help us stand up a strategy and program for Customer Success enablement and global Partner enablement.
Support major learning initiatives and events as needed (SKOs, Company Meetings, in-person workshops).
Implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and technology adoption for all your programs. Proactively identify areas for improvement.
Act as a resource for the sales team, providing ongoing support, coaching, and mentoring to ensure the successful adoption of training programs and continuous skill development.
What you will bring to Jasper
4+ years of experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales enablement.
A passion for using technology in a sales enablement strategy and a desire to pioneer the use of AI in smart, thoughtful, and effective ways to support GTM teams.
Self-starter mentality who is comfortable coming up with proactive ideas and solutions and getting feedback on them.
Experience with sales methodologies, processes, and enablement best practices.
Proficient in using sales tools and enablement and conversation intelligence tools like Salesforce and Gong.
Proven success in designing and implementing effective, outcome-based training & enablement programs using modern tools & modalities.
Ability to build strong relationships across the organization, work with stakeholders, and understand needs.
Compensation Range
At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
