THE ROLE:
- The Sales Manager is responsible for commercial, account related activities and business growth strategy for Automotive OEM and Teir1 ODM as the representative of AMD.
- Candidate will be responsible for all AMD products which include Adaptive SOC and Processors.
THE PERSON:
- Strong experience in Automotive business.
- Hunter type of direct sales skills to penetrate the targeted accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Japanese and English.
- Can work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to cultivate strong internal and external relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for Automotive market business of “Embedded Sales Team” of AMD, Adaptive SoC and Processors.
- Build strong relationship with key persons in the targeted accounts at all levels (working level to executive level), understand customer’s organization and roadmap.
- Executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets with revenue, forecasting and pipeline management.
- Develop and cultivating relationship with internal stakeholder and external partners to prepare best solutions fit to end customers and markets to maximize and accelerate business.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of Automotive electronic architecture, especially for ADAS and Autonomous Driving, and IVI system.
- Knowledge of standard automotive qualification standards and functional Safety.
- Drove complicated business with multiple entities involved.
- Experienced in SoC and AI business.
- Project management experience.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
