About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of talented sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets, developing high-performing teams, and fostering a positive and collaborative sales environment. This role requires a hands-on approach with a strong emphasis on coaching, mentoring, and providing ongoing support to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed individual and team sales quotas.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and processes to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, addressing performance gaps and coaching low performers into high achievers.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
- Actively participate in sales calls, review deals, and assist with email campaigns to provide real-time coaching and guidance.
- Conduct team meetings, sales training sessions, and product knowledge training to foster continuous learning and professional development.
- Develop and implement effective sales training programs and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies.
- Manage Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency.
- Forecast sales accurately and track progress against targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Recognize and reward top performers to motivate and incentivize the team.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of successful experience in a sales role, exceeding sales targets consistently.
- 4+ years of experience managing and leading a high-performing sales team.
- Experience building successful outbound programs.
- Proven track record of coaching and developing sales professionals, including turning around the performance of low performers.
- Strong understanding of MEDDPIC sales methodology, best practices, and Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using data to analyze performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong desire to mentor and develop individuals, with a hands-on approach including joining calls, reviewing deals, and providing feedback on email campaigns.

Salary range
Salary Range: $135,000 to $155,000 USD per year
This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package.
