The Opportunity
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales organization. This role involves analyzing sales data, optimizing processes, and providing insights that drive revenue growth and operational excellence. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals and contribute to the overall success of the sales organization.
Your Impact
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Support sales/CS reps and frontline managers in developing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline projections.
- Assist in the creation, tracking, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance.
- Optimize and streamline sales processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain and manage sales technologies, including CRM systems and sales intelligence tools.
- Contribute to the administration of sales compensation plans and incentive programs in partnership with finance and sales management.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Has 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or consulting.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Demonstrates proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), sales intelligence tools, and reporting software.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is detail-oriented and skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibits a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Shows a strong understanding of sales processes and operational workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-growing startup environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Snowflake and a knowledge of SQL.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.

Salary range
Salary Range: $85,000 to $110,000 USD per year.
This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position.
