This role will oversee and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem. As the central point of contact for all Salesforce-related activities, this role plays a pivotal role in ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of our business. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design, implement, and maintain solutions that improve business processes, enhance productivity, and enable data-driven decision-making.
The Salesforce Administrator will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, delivery operations, customer support, and IT, to identify requirements and implement effective solutions. The role will be responsible for maintaining system integrity, managing data quality, and ensuring seamless integration with other business tools. In addition, this role will provide training and ongoing support to end users, fostering system adoption and maximizing its value to the organization.
Responsibilities
The role includes but is not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:System Management and MaintenanceServe as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environmentManage Salesforce configuration, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, and security settings.Perform regular data integrity checks, system maintenance, and scheduled backups.Customization and Configuration Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, process builders, and page layouts.Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and custom report types to ensure actionable insights.User Support and TrainingProvide technical support and guidance to Salesforce users, resolving issues promptly. Design and deliver end-user training and documentation to promote system adoption.Process Optimization Partner with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency using Salesforce tools.Integration and UpdatesCollaborate with IT and other teams to integrate Salesforce with other business applications.Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to implement new functionalities.Data Management Maintain clean and accurate data through regular audits and deduplication efforts. Import and export data as needed, ensuring data consistency and compliance.,
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.5-8 years of Salesforce administration experience.Salesforce Administrator Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).Creating formula fields off existing fields, and creating validation on fieldsEditing permission sets to grant/ restrict field access Editing Page layouts Proficiency in creating and managing Salesforce reports, dashboards, and workflows.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.,
Preferred Skills
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.Knowledge of Salesforce development tools like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.Familiarity with third-party integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier).Advanced Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder.
