About the Role

Monks is hiring for a Senior Account Manager. 

Your primary responsibility will be supporting the outbound clients. You'll join our client service team and work closely with the client and as well as internal teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Project management includes day-to-day communication with clients, drive and reviews plans - timelines, budgets and scopes. 
  • Able to craft creative briefs and provide clear, persuasive briefings to creative teams and remain an active contributor throughout the creative development process
  • Develop ideas and solve mid-level issues 
  • Engages teams to ensure teams the right resources are working together.


About You

The Essentials:

  • At least 5 years in account management roles in creative/social agencies
  • Has extensive experience in IMC campaign development 
  • Effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin
  • Ability to build strong rapport and trust with clients through interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and align clients, vendors and the internal team
