AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who would help to promote the growth and shape the future of a world which leverages cloud computing. Your responsibilities will include increasing adoption and market penetration into key digital-native enterprise accounts in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will possess business acumen and both a business development and technical background that enables you to engage at a very strategic CXO level as well as with software developers, IT infrastructure, software designers and architects. You must also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute detailed territory and go-to-market plans and can manage many diverse engagements. The ideal candidate will have previous strong examples of having sold both technical and service oriented solutions selling.
Key job responsibilities
- Identify and engage top Software& Internet and ISV customers or any other customers assigned by Amazon
- Design and execute an integrated account plan, exploring new Go-To-Market models to achieve comprehensive territory business objectives
- Work closely with internal team with appropriate mechanisms
- Manage multiple requests simultaneously and strategically
- Maintain robust sales pipeline and associated territory targets
- Deliver revenue and growth targets for account/territory business success.
- Ensure strong customer tier-up momentum
