Senior Designer Role:
As a Senior Designer for one of the largest automotive companies in the world, you'll craft pixel-perfect designs while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and technical precision. You'll execute a high volume of design work across various formats, focusing on brand consistency, typography, and functional design principles. This role emphasizes craftsmanship, technical expertise, and design excellence. You bring a progressive creative instinct and positivity, working effectively in teams with a low-ego approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality design assets across digital and print platforms
- Execute pixel-perfect designs following established brand guidelines
- Maintain consistent typography, colour systems, and design patterns
- Produce design variations and iterations at high volume
- Build and maintain organized design systems and asset libraries
- Create sophisticated layouts with strong grid systems and hierarchy
- Implement responsive design principles across various formats
- Execute production-ready files with precise specifications
- Design within established brand frameworks while maintaining quality
- Create detailed specifications for design implementation
- Maintain meticulous file organization and versioning
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on design experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and modern design tools
- Strong understanding of typography and grid systems
- Experience with responsive design principles
- Proven ability to work within strict brand guidelines
- Technical expertise in file preparation and handoff
- Knowledge of print and digital production requirements
- Understanding of accessibility standards in design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
Technical Skills:
- Adobe Suite, and Figma. After Effects (basic) is a bonus
- Typography management and colour theory application
- Grid systems and design systems experience and implementation
- Asset management and version control
