Job Description:
- Analyze users log data to monitor AI systems and services.
- Use techniques like AB testing to evaluate the next generation of online services on millions of real users.
- Monitor the health of user engagement across large populations of users. Build ML metrics and analysis tools for real-time monitoring of users' experience of AI services like the Bixby voice assistant.
- Facilitate the AI system/software integration into existing production Cl/CD environments and architect the MLOps environment.
- Conduct a log analysis to identify and prioritize issues.
- Create machine-learning tools for user and system analysis.
- Design metrics that represent the various offline and online aspects of user satisfaction/dissatisfaction.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, and six (6) months of experience analyzing data and building machine learning models.
