About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Senior HRBP/Project Manager to support our EMEA HR team in delivering key projects across EMEA. Based in London, this role will play a vital part in driving HR initiatives, ensuring smooth project execution, and providing essential support to senior HR leaders. The successful candidate will excel in project management, stakeholder coordination, and delivering high-quality projects in a fast-paced environment. This role will also support the HR operations of a group of employees in the UK. 

 

Responsibilities:

Project Management and Delivery

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of HR projects across EMEA, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Use Monday.com or other PM tools to manage and track HR project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Manage project deliverables by tracking progress, assigning responsibilities, and proactively addressing risks or blockers.
  • Delivery various HR projects across EMEA including HR policies, processes, compliance projects, benefit harmonising through to automation of onboarding to name a few areas of improvement we need this role to focus on.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, business leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Support for Senior HR Director and HRBP - London

  • Act as a key support partner for the Senior HR Director- EMEA and HRBP in managing HR-related initiatives for a small but impactful London-based employee group.
  • Provide hands-on support for employee engagement initiatives, onboarding processes, and other local HR activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR inquiries in the London office, supporting employees with HR queries and directing complex matters to the appropriate HR lead.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

  • Develop clear communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed about project progress and outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal partners to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and project management practices for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and document best practices for project planning, tracking, and execution.

 

About You

The essentials:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR project management or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success in planning, coordinating, and delivering multi-country HR projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and HR systems (e.g., Workday, Microsoft Project, Asana, etc.).
  • Experience working within multinational environments and navigating cultural nuances.
  • Familiarity with UK employment laws and HR practices is desirable.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Empathetic and people-focused with a positive attitude toward change.
