About the Role

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you’ll be a key driver in optimising HR practices within the agency, managing both local team operations and supporting global initiatives across our group. Reporting to the People Director NL, you'll engage in both strategic and operational HR efforts, ensuring smooth HR management while contributing to impactful global projects. We are looking for someone with a passion for strategic HR and a keen interest in fostering a dynamic, inclusive work environment. This is very much a hands-on role requiring you to work independently as an advisor to the business. Ensuring the HR outputs are aligned with business objectives and delivered seamlessly is imperative.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support HR operations for 200 employees, overseeing employee relations, performance management, and development plans with a strong understanding of local Netherlands employment law and relevant processes.
  • Provide advisory support on HR policy and social strategy, guiding talent and organisational planning.
  • Supervise onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience from day one.
  • Drive skills development initiatives, including performance reviews, training plans, and talent growth support for local teams.
  • Promote health, safety, and well-being by managing occupational medicine, coordinating well-being programs, and overseeing preventive measures.
  • Coordinate local HR projects design and oversee our compensation and benefits programs. You will guide the team in maintaining the benefits we already have as well as recommending incentives for employees to make us more competitive in the industry. 
About You

The essentials:

  • 5-7+ years as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a tech or global organisation in the Netherlands
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Dutch employment law, compliance, and social relations
  • Experience supporting HR across multi-country teams, with the ability to adapt global strategies locally
  • Proven track record in HR project management, including experience with organisational transformation

Not a must, but a plus:

  • Familiarity with WORKDAY
  • International HR experience 
  • Data driven
