THE ROLE:
To perform system transactions and execute the operational processes to support the Trade Compliance functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- To carry out daily screening of sales orders in SAP Global Trade System (GTS) and ensure complete resolution Sanctioned Party Listing (SPL) hold and other related export compliance holds with stakeholders.
- To co-ordinate with Customer Operation key account managers to ensure that the compliance related documentations are on schedule and within timeframe.
- To work with the warehouses to ensure export permits are in order for shipping strategic controlled goods.
- To generate and submit monthly trade compliance reports to the management.
- To assist the Trade Compliance Manager with import and export customs and compliance audits
- To carry out assignments as directed by the Global Trade Compliance Managers
- To attend to enquiries related to trade compliance matters.
