THE ROLE:
We are looking for our next team member to drive demand across the EMEA region for AMD-based HPE products and to lead the strategy of our regional HPE sell-through and sell-out business within the HPE Commercial GAM team. This leader will drive sales and grow market share of AMD server/data center and graphics. He/she will be responsible for establishing the AMD sales strategy, partnerships and market approach to drive customer relationships and revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and implement sales-out strategies and quality account plans that grow revenue base and market share
- Assess, mentor and grow the HPE teams to drive revenue growth and market share
- Define and execute the regional enterprise sales-out/sell-through strategy with the customer
- Grow enterprise CPU & graphics sales & market share
- Be part of a global AMD enterprise sales-out team and work with a network of sales-out specialists, FAEs and generalists to drive the customer’s direct sales bid participation and distribution/partner sales opportunities
- Partner with executives, pre-sales and product marketing organizations on business growth opportunities
- Expand business relationships with key stakeholders
- Establish a quarterly business review cadence
- Organize and support events and training and leverage AMD marketing & event teams to enhance AMD presence and amplify the partnership
- Work closely with AMD Business Units to ensure the necessary operations requirements are in place to drive efficient transactions with the customer
- Coordinate and close sales pipeline opportunities between the customer’s regional teams and AMD
- Funnel new market opportunities to the AMD design-in and business unit teams
- Develop cross-division partnerships to establish synergistic solutions for large customers
- Actively mine for future opportunities, assess risks, dissect and learn from key wins/loss
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in comparable roles, building and leading a winning regional team
- GAM Sales Experience: Proven sell-out or product experience in global sales, preferably with a background in semiconductors in the enterprise and commercial segment
- Partner Experience: Strong historical interaction and relationships with HPE and industry partners
- Organizational Experience: Demonstrated effectiveness working in a cross-matrix structure
- Product Experience: Expert sales knowledge of the following: Commercial Client PCs, Data Centers, Servers, Storage, Graphics, and Silicon
- Strategic Experience: Understanding of the products and the market, including software ecosystems for clients and servers
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
BSEE or relevant technical degree; MSEE or MBA is preferred/desirable.
