Selling Partner Support (SPS) is responsible for creating a trustworthy shopping experience across Amazon stores worldwide by protecting customers, brands, selling partners and Amazon from fraud, counterfeit, and abuse as well as empowering, providing world‐class support, and building loyalty with Amazon’s millions of selling partners. Within SPS, the Editorial Solutions and Strategy (ESAS) team strives to provide selling partners (SPs) with vital information they need to be successful on Amazon through comprehensive content solutions.

The Senior Manager, Editorial manages a ~75-person editorial operations team responsible for Seller, Vendor and Brand editorial content. This role is responsible for a team that edits ~10k content requests annually across ~70 upstream business teams (think Seller Central Help Pages for FBA fees fee changes). Specific skills desired for this role include operations leadership expertise, excellent communication skills, ability to dive deep into content management processes and systems to identify opportunities to scale and automate, customer obsession to ensure our content is working to address Seller needs, and experience hiring and developing a top-notch team.

This role will be responsible for optimizing processes, leveraging LLM/AI to drive technology improvements to our content, measuring the effectiveness of our content, and influencing across partner teams to ensure our content editors are providing strategy value to our upstream business partners, sellers and associates.


Key job responsibilities
* Work backwards from our SPs to deliver high quality and effective content.
* Build, scale and manage a global team.
* Leverage LLM/AIs to re-imagine content we produce for Sellers.
* Collaborate with upstream business teams and associates to ensure content meets the needs of our Sellers and other customer types.
* Ability to Dive deep into internal CMS tool and processes to identify opportunities to improve content quality and streamline processes.
* Problem-solving, strategic to real-time, requiring extensive use of data collection and analysis, and preparing and executing regular program updates to senior management.
* Being a visible and vocal role model across the wider business for Amazon’s customer-centric culture, championing Selling Partner needs and using data and technology to anticipate and exceed them.
