The Opportunity
Join Veo as a Senior Product Designer | AI tooling and help shape the user experience for a new, advanced solution that leverages AI to empower internal teams and power users in sports technology. Based in our Berlin office, you’ll work closely with Product and Engineering teams, as well as our Head of Design in Copenhagen, to simplify complex sports data into intuitive workflows and interfaces. This role will allow you to design engaging, user-centric solutions that bridge AI-driven insights with practical, real-world usability. Expect occasional trips to Copenhagen and plenty of cross-functional collaboration with a global team that’s redefining how sports are captured, analyzed, and shared.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End UX Design: Research, conceptualize, and create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that simplify complex sporting event data into clear, actionable interfaces.Complex Problem-Solving: Transform intricate metrics and AI outputs into intuitive user experiences, ensuring minimal cognitive load and maximum clarity for power users and internal stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management and Engineering in both Berlin and Copenhagen to align design solutions with feature requirements, technical feasibility, and business objectives.User-Centered Methodology: Work with user researchers and contribute to user interviews, usability testing, and iterative feedback loops to continually refine and validate the user experience.Design Consistency & Best Practices: Champion Veo’s product design processes, playbooks, and principles to maintain and refine design systems, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences across every product and user flow.Communication & Advocacy: Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams, championing user-centric principles and best practices at every stage of the product lifecycle.,
What We’re Looking For
Proven UX Expertise: Solid track record of turning complex data or workflows into intuitive interfaces. You have an excellent grasp of UX fundamentals, from journey mapping to prototyping.Modern Tools Proficiency: Confident using tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite to create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Effective Stakeholder Alignment: Demonstrated ability to communicate design concepts clearly, gather feedback constructively, and build consensus across diverse, distributed teams.Analytical & Empathetic Approach: Ability to synthesize both quantitative data and qualitative insights to inform design decisions, always keeping the end user’s perspective front and center.Passion for Sports & Innovation: A genuine interest in sports and a desire to revolutionize how teams capture, analyze, and share their game-changing moments.Occasional Travel: Willingness to visit our Copenhagen HQ to engage with the Head of Design, meet remote stakeholders in person, and participate in workshops.Basic Front-End (Nice-to-Have): Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end architecture is a plus, as it helps in communicating technical possibilities and constraints with engineers.Our Copenhagen office mirrors our innovative technology – with an indoor ball court, rooftop terrace, and well-equipped gym.
