About the Team
Coupang Ads is the advertising platform team within Coupang. We are a globally distributed team focused on delivering advertising solutions for those that sell products on our platform. Coupang ad solutions include display, search, performance, brand, and video ads.
The New Advertiser Acquisition team focuses primarily on building strategies to recruit and retain advertisers across all portions of our business. We are actively recruiting a Senior Product Manager who will redefine how we engage and grow advertisers at scale.
Job Overview
- Product vision design: Design an overall product vision including advertisers’ UI workflow and end-users’ customer experiences, and set monetization directions
- Contribute to improving advertiser performance and simultaneously defend/improve customer experience through advertising
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and advertisers to discover product opportunities
- Define problems and build solutions related to products
- Design product strategies from a long-term perspective
- Manage short-term product backlog to achieve quarterly product/profit goals
- Lead cross-functional teams across development, UX, and analytics
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and effectively achieve goals
- Practical experience in product iteration in an agile environment with a short iteration cycle
- Experience of successfully launching V1 Product or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of technical challenges and trade-offs
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management
- Experience in advertising or job-related domains
- Experience working in international environments and globally distributed teams

Document Return Policy
- This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
