We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our B2B platform portfolio. This role is pivotal in delivering scalable, innovative solutions that empower merchants, drive revenue growth, and seamlessly integrate into clients’ ecosystems.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, delivery, commercial, and customer success, ensuring that our platforms remain industry-leading and meet the evolving needs of our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and articulate a product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Develop actionable roadmaps, ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Platform Development & Innovation

  • Oversee the creation and optimization of secure, scalable, and high-performing platforms.
  • Identify and prioritize features, integrations, and tools that enhance customer experience, adoption, and revenue growth.

Customer-Centric Approach

  • Gain deep insights into the needs of enterprise merchants and partners through customer interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
  • Incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap to deliver solutions that drive value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
  • Work with growth, commercial, and customer success teams to align on product positioning, training, and post-launch support.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage analytics to guide product decisions, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Define and monitor KPIs such as adoption rates, retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis & Competitive Positioning

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to differentiate our platforms and drive market leadership.

Platform Scalability & Integration

  • Lead the development of APIs, integrations, and extensibility features for seamless client adoption and workflows.
  • Ensure platforms scale effectively to meet growing customer demands and dynamic market needs.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary liaison between product teams and leadership, providing transparency and alignment on priorities.
  • Present roadmaps, updates, and outcomes to key stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into strategic plans.

 

Key Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in B2B platforms, SaaS products, or enterprise software.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in B2B product management, including go-to-market strategies, platform scalability, and enterprise client solutions.
  • Proficiency in managing complex product ecosystems, including APIs and integrations.

Technical Expertise

  • Solid understanding of platform technologies, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term goals.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing platforms in SaaS or cloud-based environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean product development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of key B2B metrics such as ARR, LTV/CAC, and NRR.
