Coupang Taiwan is seeking a highly skilled product manager to join our Customer Experience product team. In this role, working with designers, data analysts and business stakeholders, you will lead improvements, innovations and new program launches to the Coupang Taiwan shopping experience on our mobile app and website. Successful candidates will build products to help attract new customers and improve the experience for our returning customers, ultimately scaling the overall business in Taiwan. We're seeking someone hands-on with a structured mindset, strong analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication, and strong project management abilities.
About the team
As part of the local Taiwan Product team, you will engage in substantive collaboration across multiple specialized groups both internally within Coupang and externally with partners, including Operations, data, engineering and more. Your work will expose you to significant business operations and strategic initiatives, placing you at the core of our global expansion tefforts.
What you'll do :
- Develop a profound understanding of the Taiwan consumer logistics market and advocate for our end consumers and logistics partners to deliver wow the customer experiences
- Drive and implement solutions and playbooks that grow the business and maintain operational reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (both internally, and externally with partners) to ensure the logistics solutions meet local operational needs while aligning with Coupang’s core values and innovation-driven culture
- Gain a deep understanding of the local market and identify new feature opportunities that could level up the customer fulfillment experience in the Taiwan market
- Act as a key liaison for our external partners and the Coupang business, operations, and engineering teams in Taiwan and Korea
- Maximize partner success and satisfaction while improving operational efficiency and stability together with internal business stakeholders
Qualification :
- Minimum 8 years of product management experience or equivalent
- Proven expertise in product innovation through technology-driven partnerships
- Exceptional analytical skills to drive decision-making and system optimizations based on robust data analysis
- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce operations and familiarity with the technological demands of large-scale logistic operations
- Background in deploying systems in multicultural settings, particularly in Asian markets
- Mandarin proficiency
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex system functionalities and benefits to diverse audiences
