About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the optimization of ShopBack’s internal tools, enhancing productivity for marketing, sales operations, and customer support teams. You will collaborate with product designers and engineers to streamline workflows, improve data organization, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is technical and has experience in e-commerce tools and advanced technologies like generative AI, automation, and open-source solutions.

Your Adventure Ahead

  • Product Leadership: Define and manage the product roadmap for internal tools, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
  • Workflow Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current tools and implement innovative solutions.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage generative AI, automation, and open-source tools to boost efficiency and user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with designers and engineers to deliver scalable solutions on time.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • User Advocacy: Champion the needs of internal tool users throughout the product lifecycle.

    Essentials to Succeed

  • Experience: 5+ years in product management, ideally in e-commerce or SaaS with a focus on internal tools.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with generative AI, automation, and open-source technologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities to guide product decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent skills to align teams and articulate strategies effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • User-Focused: Passionate about delivering user-friendly, productivity-enhancing solutions.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; MBA is a plus.
