About The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will help execute our mission to reimagine marketing with generative AI. In this role, you will strategize product roadmaps, drive the development of new features, and ensure that our solutions meet the high standards our customers expect.

This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director of Product Management and is open to candidates anywhere in the continental US.

 What you will do at Jasper

  • Set Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute product vision and strategy aligned with Jasper's long-term goals, industry trends and innovations, and customer needs.

  • Deliver Impactful Products End-to-End: Oversee the end-to-end management of the product life cycle from concept through launch, including gathering requirements, defining product specifications, and coordinating with engineering teams.

  • Engage Customers: Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs to enhance product features.

  • Leverage Data in Decision Making: Utilize analytics and market research to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development.

  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive product strategy and successful go-to-market execution.

What you will bring to Jasper

  • Experience: At least 3 years of product management experience in a tech-focused company, preferably with exposure to B2B SaaS or a startup environment.

  • Execution: Have delivered impactful and delightful products to customers end-to-end, preferably from zero-to-one.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development processes; familiarity with AI and machine learning is a plus.

  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop strategic product roadmaps and make data-driven decisions.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for clear and effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Leadership: Experience working with senior leaders on key initiatives and inspiring team members to achieve high performance.

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $163,500 - $192,500. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
