Bumble is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead efforts in developing Trust and Safety agent moderation tools, automation solutions, and third-party integrations for Safety tools. This role will have end-to-end ownership of delivering innovative and scalable solutions that address complex user and business challenges, requiring strategic thinking, technical fluency, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
You will need to independently manage execution while defining and evolving the long-term strategy for how these solutions contribute to our mission of creating a secure and seamless user experience. This is a broad and technically challenging scope, with high visibility and the opportunity to drive significant impact across the organization.
To be right for this role, you should be an experienced Product Manager with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and shape vision and strategy independently. Experience in Trust & Safety (T&S) or related domains, along with delivering internal tools and third-party integrations, is highly desirable. You should also have a strong track record of engaging with executive stakeholders to secure alignment and support for your initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Define and gain buy-in for your vision and product strategy centered on enhancing moderation tooling, third-party integrations, and scalable solutions for Trust and Safety workflows.Set and deliver ambitious product goals aligned with your vision and strategy, maximizing customer value and driving the platform’s trust, safety, and long-term success.Define success metrics and track KPIs to ensure all initiatives and existing systems contribute to the overarching objectives effectively.Apply a rigorous prioritization process to create a roadmap that enhances platform safety and user experience, addressing high-priority areas of improvement.Identify, explore, and validate new opportunities to strengthen trust and safety across the platform while balancing user and business needs.Align leadership, partner teams, and key stakeholders across the organization to support your roadmap and strategic direction.Empower your cross-functional team with the context, tools, and customer insights they need to be autonomous, user-focused, and innovative in their approach.Collaborate with other product managers to integrate safety and trust considerations seamlessly into every experience the platform delivers.,
