- You will play a critical role in optimising the talent acquisition process by ensuring that candidates are well-matched to job roles, thoroughly informed/coached, and engaged throughout the hiring journey
- Your focus on candidate advocacy and relationship-building will help to enhance the candidate experience, thereby increasing the chances of securing top talent for the organisation
- Additionally, your collaboration with the Talent Attraction team, hiring managers and Centre of Excellence (CoE) leads will ensure successful conversion of top talent plus that the hiring process is efficient, effective and aligned with the organisations strategic objectives
- Experience: 5 + years of significant, demonstrable experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR functions
- Customer centricity: A track record of building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to fully understand motivation factors, align agreed actions/strategies and deliver customer success
- Ability to partner and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to drive hiring goals and program outcomes
- Data-driven, with expertise in KPI management, pipeline management, and the ability to meet quarterly hiring targets.
- Understanding of Talent Assessment: Proficient in evaluating candidates' skills, qualifications, behaviours and potential for success in different roles
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
- Coaching Abilities: Demonstrable ability to coach and guide candidates and hiring managers through the hiring process, offering valuable data insights and providing constructive timely and impactful feedback
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of delivering results and meeting recruitment goals within established timelines.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirement
