WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for a Senior Research Scientist who is passionate about enabling a novel digital twin platform. It is one of the key catalysts of innovations in Woven City. Though Woven City is a ‘living laboratory’, it would be better that inventors’ ideas can be tested in a virtual environment before testing it in the real city. The platform will accelerate innovations by providing a city-scale simulation and testing environment for their ideas, services, and products. It can be used to simulate and digitally reproduce various city activities, such as residents' daily life, traffic dynamics, energy consumption, which requires complex interactions between the agents and the environment. We are looking for someone who loves the vision of the digital twin platform and performs cutting edge research that will eventually drive unique features and capabilities of the platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
・Ability to conduct research on one or more of the following topics in the Digital Twin context
1) AI-based agent modeling
2) AI-assisted logic generation
3) Real scene digitization as input for simulation
4) Data Driven simulation and optimization
・Survey and evaluation of state-of-the-art methods
・Have regular update sessions and discussions with team members and present achievements
・Produce reports and/or publishable research/patents
・Provide guidance to bring research into product
