As a key member of the Customer Program Management Team for NVIDIA's Enterprise business units, we are looking for a Senior Program Management professional who will be responsible for leading customer relations as well as technical & operational program execution with our major cloud service providers and enterprise customers. What you will be doing:

  • Execute the program plan you craft by identifying, and assembling the core team, formally kicking off the project with customers, developing a joint project timeline, supporting the design-in effort by providing technical collateral, leading engineering design reviews, ensuring the implementation of any customer-required features, driving resolution of all blocking issues, and ensuring timely customer acceptance and production deployment.

  • Coordinate and lead sophisticated technical engineering-to-engineering discussions related to system architecture, firmware, device driver, system management, deep learning algorithms, and/or AI workloads.

  • Align multifaceted global cross-functional team of software & hardware engineering, manufacturing operations, product quality, supplier procurement and/or account executives to lead product changes to product productions on-track.

  • Regularly report the program status to customer and executive management.

  • Identify interpersonal learning opportunities for continuous improvements.

  • Develop a close working relationship with customer development teams and use creativity to find solutions to their issues

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science

  • 8+ years in Information Technology industry with a focus on program management

  • Proven customer and technical savvy born of implementing sophisticated programs deploying servers in datacenters

  • Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse cross-functional teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience leading global projects

  • Travel <5%

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Extensive experience in leading program with external customers on deploying computing servers at large datacenters with high-reaching goals and timelines

  • Consistent track record of working cross-functionally with multiple partners distributed across the globe

  • Understanding and knowledge of cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure including GPU computing and networking architecture.

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
