The Shooting Director is responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of film and video production. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the creative vision is executed effectively.
Responsibilities ：
- Creative Direction: Develop and implement the visual style and storytelling approach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with producers, cinematographers, and editors to align on project goals.
- Planning: Create shooting schedules and coordinate logistics for filming.
- Supervision: Direct camera crews and talent during shoots to achieve desired shots.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Post-Production: Collaborate with editors to refine the final product and ensure continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in film or video production, with a focus on directing.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in camera operation, lighting, and sound.
