The Amazon Field Experiences (AFX) team (which is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services Ops (SMGS Ops team), is looking for a passionate, talented, and inventive Senior Product Manager Technical to play a pivotal role in delivering solutions and results for our worldwide sales field organization. This is an exciting opportunity to innovate and re-imagine how we use content management technologies integrated with Salesforce and other tools to curate, manage, and share content and learning paths with our field sellers. The new solutions will enhance seller productivity to match the unprecedented growth of our business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders to design and build all stages of the product from the front-end experience, content creation and management, to the back-end services, integration, and analytics to better automate content, knowledge, and coaching delivery to customers.

Key job responsibilities
You will define the strategic vision and own the roadmap for technology products with AWS Sales-wide impact. Working with business and technical teams within AFX and SMGS Ops, you will use your product expertise, customer obsession, and ownership of the end-to-end product development cycle (customer engagements, stakeholder buy-ins and requirements definition, CX design, compliance, feature definition and prioritization, product messaging, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch closed-loop feedback mechanisms) to lead products and teams through strategic and technical ambiguity to ultimate success. You will be expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market and technical and business outcomes, clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes. Beyond a strong technical background and proven track record of product management, a successful candidate will have experience driving strategy and influencing executive leadership. We are looking for someone that is a self-starter, someone that approaches complex business questions with data and curiosity, and a person that dives below the surface to identify the root cause and "so what" rather than just superficial trends.

A day in the life
You'll work with product managers, engineers, and a diverse set of stakeholders within AWS Sales organizations, other product teams across AWS Field Experiences (AFX) and Sales Operations teams. You'll work across development teams to gain alignment on strategy and deliverables. You will work with dedicated 3P vendor resources from Salesforce, Highspot, Nuxeo, and others who are partners in the journey to deliver value for our customers.

Enablement Tech is a dynamic team spread across the US. We integrate 1P and 3P tools that enable best in class experiences for our sellers and those supporting our sellers. Our vision is to deliver the most efficient and effective enablement field experience. Our mission is to provide sales enablement solutions that simplify the sales experience through unified systems, tools, and processes, that provide valuable insights and accelerate revenue. We will leverage generative AI and machine learning technology to make automate content creation, management, and governance, as well as building data platforms to feed services and analytics.
