Via tooling, automation, and AI, we support five key stages in the Studios Production Lifecycle: IP & Rights, Content Production, Sales & Distribution, Financial Management, and Studios Operations. We serve thousands of AMS employees and creative and executive partners across development, acquisition, legal, programming strategy, internal and external production, post-production, visual effects, localization, delivery, marketing, sales, licensing, finance, accounting, and operations.

Key job responsibilities
Defining and leading program management mechanisms for key engineering initiatives, which typically involve multiple stakeholders across engineering, product and UX.
- Owning tech initiatives which are ambiguous and bringing clarity to systems improvements as well as driving alignment across engineering and product for delivery.
- Owning key engineering goals for Studios AI Lab and the wider studios tech organisation - be they improving the user experience, enabling PV to go faster in launching new capabilities, or driving improvements to availability and resiliency.
- Partnering with multiple cross functional organisations within Prime Video and Amazon Studios.

This role is in a team that is building a new family of AI products for Amazon Studios. This team is considered strategic and has visibility with Prime Video Amazon Studios leadership at the highest levels. The role offers a chance to build and launch new AI services from the ground up, learn the state of the art in machine learning (ML) technology, and work closely with an exceptional group of product, engineering, and science leaders.
