Monks Paris is seeking a Social Lead with a background in the luxury or automotive industry who has managed large-scale social media and creative projects. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and documentation skills, identify gaps, and develop processes. They must be comfortable leading by example and exhibit a genuine passion for social media, a commitment to staying updated on the latest trends (social, tech, culture, etc.), and aspirations for excellence.
As a social-media-savvy professional with experience in social media asset management, you are a people-oriented individual with a positive attitude, adept at organizing and influencing individuals within and outside the organisation. This position is part of a dedicated team for our largest client accounts (client-facing experience is essential!) and involves close collaboration with our social media hub to streamline all social efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Drive success across our automotive partner's social media channels, enhancing their value through effective content and channel strategy, campaign execution, and various digital projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with market clients, fostering strong client connections at all levels within the team.
- Deliver high-quality work in a timely and cost-effective manner, emphasising effective processes across the team. Ensure final deliverables align with the project brief, client strategies, brand objectives, and our stringent quality standards.
- Track, communicate, and negotiate timelines, budgets, assets, goals, and expectations with stakeholders and global teams across the organization.
- Focus on long-term relationships and revenue growth, looking beyond day-to-day project needs.
- Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across the team and client to establish optimal strategic project approaches.
- Drive growth and investment decisions to meet account revenue and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with the Business Lead, Operations Lead, and Delivery Lead to identify challenges and recommend effective solutions.
- Guide the team in setting goals, project tasks, and timelines, ensuring team members engage in challenging, level-appropriate projects that foster skill development and contribute to overall team success.
The essentials:
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media management, digital marketing, or production, including 3 years of team management experience.
- Exceptional at managing stress and outstanding in client and coworker communication, especially during high-pressure situations.
- Native French speaker with professional proficiency in English.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles with a focus on social media and digital marketing strategies, content creation, and paid media.
- Monitor account profitability and ensure projects are delivered within budget while utilising financial forecasting to anticipate resource needs and adjust plans accordingly.
- Strong ability to identify new opportunities within existing client relationships and design strategies for expansion.
- Comfortable working with data, media, and analytics.
