The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work with multiple stakeholders, and can ensure all projects are executed within deadlines. As the Social Media & Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for staying on top of industry trends and making data-informed decisions to deliver against sharp KPIs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and startup culture and is excited to set and meet aggressive goals.

responsibilities

Campaign management:

  • Develop a calendar for social content, and manage production of content across various formats and channels
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Measure and report on the program results with a focus on our engagement quality and growth.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, voice, and tone across external social channels
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through external-facing content and communications
  • Partner with wider marketing team to support marketing and communications strategy and ensure that business objectives are met

Creator Relations Management:

  • Engage in comprehensive creator research and proactively reach out to creators who align with our brand values and objectives.
  • Lead on vetting potential creators ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and oversee the content produced by creators, ensuring it maintains our brand's quality and message consistency. Maintain active communication with creators to provide feedback and guidance.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with creators through various channels. Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.

  • Experience with influencer marketing or content partnerships.
  • This role is ideal for candidates who have four or more years of industry experience.
  • This role is based in our Los Angeles headquarters. However, we may consider remote candidates in exceptional circumstances.
compensation and benefits

The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 - $150,000. The final package may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family.
