Monks is looking for an ambitious project manager with great knowledge in Social Media and a high level of English. They will manage creative and adaptation projects for an iconic automotive brand. In this position you will lead integrated projects from end-to-end using your solid planning, coordination and communication skills. We are after a true team player who knows how to manage successful projects whilst safeguarding cost and quality, and has experience working at the intersection of client, creative and production teams.
Responsibilities:
• Experience managing digital projects from end-to-end in an agency or high-growth fast-paced environment
• Track record of coordinating deliverables between teams to deliver impeccable work.
• Ability to internalise client requests and manage internal and external expectations.
• Strong organisation, communication, and documentation skills. You excel at juggling multiple spinning plates that are all moving in different directions, with varying deadlines.
• Clear and strong communication skills in English.
• Proactive, genuine, and direct way of communicating across cross-cultural teams.
• A strong sense of urgency, you never leave problems unaddressed.
• Impeccable eye for design, quality and detail.
• Team player that listens to team members' concerns, resolves conflicts and encourages feedback.

About you
The essentials:
• 5+ years of experience coordinating projects and/or teams in advertising, social media management or agencies
• Build and maintain strong and trust working relationship with clients, serving as their main point of contact for concerns and needs
• Ensure that the client's brief is thorough and includes all of the relevant information and client requirements needed to offer a budget
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
• Work closely with the Hub Project Manager to plan and manage several small to medium-sized social projects, from Editorial Calendars to Campaigns, to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget
• Plan and designate local resources to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Regularly track and communicate progress of projects to the stakeholders
• Manage the full day-to-day, ensuring the team is clear on specs, deadlines, scope, and any local client or market requirements
