We're hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE) on the Amazon FSx for OpenZFS team. Our business is growing rapidly, and we're looking for senior engineers who will own building new and exciting capabilities on our service.
As a Senior SDE, you'll have end-to-end engineering ownership over one of more components of our service. SDEs dive deep into our technology, work with product managers and business partners to define, build, launch and grow new products and services, and work directly with our customers to understand their needs and ensure their success. Senior SDEs help mentor junior engineers and drive the culture within the team.
Amazon FSx is built in Boston, MA. The service provides fully managed, high-performance file systems in the cloud, and we serve a wide range of customers including ones running high-performance computing, AI/ML, analytics, and database workloads.
AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations — from foundational services such as Amazon’s Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWS’s services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS, including support for customers who require specialized security solutions for customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.
