About the roleThe Growth Team will help achieve our goal of building a humanity scale product with billions of users by developing experiences that deliver on our mission to give everyone access to AGI. As a Software Engineer on Growth, you will help bring Character.AI to millions of new users around the globe.
Responsibilities
Implement new features aimed at improving user acquisition, user onboarding, and user retention. Run and analyze A/B experiments to test the impact of those new features.
Participate in brainstorming experiment ideas for experiments the team should runÂ
Job Requirements
5+ years of software development experience
Experience working on Growth engineering teams or data driven product engineering teams for a consumer product.
Nice to Have
Experience with React
