Please note that we are an in-office company, which means the expectation is that you would come in to your Applied Intuition office 5 days a week.

• Manage and develop a team of software engineers.
• Set technical direction for the software engineering team and adjacent teams and drive individual performance
• Support engineering team in achieving a high level of technical quality, reliability, developer productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Partner with product manager to build a category-leading product or product suite
• Help to recruit, interview, and hire engineers for the team and engineering organization
• Set goals, strategies, budgets, and oversee deployment of large-scale endeavors
• Work across our stack to develop new products, features, and tools for customers' autonomy development workflows
• Work with domain experts across field: infrastructure, robotics, and graphics engineers, and startup veterans
• Collaborate with other members in autonomy ecosystem and learn about different approaches to solving core issues in autonomy
