About the role:
Technical Support and Consultation:Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients, providing guidance on the implementation, configuration, and optimization of our Lamini platform.Provide proactive support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex technical issues and ensure smooth operation of our solutions.
Solution Design and Architecture:Lead the design and architecture of customized solutions that leverage our Lamini platform to meet the specific needs of enterprise clients.Develop comprehensive solution architectures, including system diagrams, specifications, and implementation plans, in collaboration with internal teams and customer stakeholders.Conduct regular reviews and assessments of solution architectures to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Knowledge Transfer and Training:Deliver training sessions and workshops to customer teams, empowering them to effectively utilize and maximize the value of our Lamini platform.Develop educational materials, documentation, and best practices guides to support ongoing customer learning and enablement.
Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise client organizations, including technical teams, project managers, and executive leadership.Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, escalations, and relationship management, ensuring a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on delivering technology solutions to enterprise clients.Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) technologies and experience working with Large Language Models is highly desirable.Strong technical proficiency in cloud computing, distributed systems, APIs, and enterprise software architecture.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and engagements, as needed.
