We are seeking a Solutions Architect to support the technical GTM relationship of our cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLM) on AWS. As a Solution Architect supporting our technical GTM relationship on AWS, you will be responsible for supporting the solutioning and enablement of Cohere models on different Amazon services (Bedrock, Sagemaker, EKS etc).
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Collaboration: Forge strong technical relationships with AWS sellers, understanding their customers' business problems and technological needs to architect solutions that drive significant value.
- Support Technical Engagements: Listen attentively to AWS customer challenges, by leading the technical dialogue and showcasing the unique differentiators of Cohere's AI solutions.
- Innovative Solution Development: Dive deep into customer issues, applying your knowledge of Cohere to build impactful PoCs and demos for customers.
- Facilitate Customer Evaluations: Guide customers through evaluations and PoCs, demonstrating the value of Cohere’s products by achieving predefined success criteria.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Work with Cohere's Product and Engineering teams as the voice of the customer to provide valuable feedback, ensuring product roadmaps meet and anticipate the evolving needs of our customers.
This career opportunity is a good match for you if you have the following:
- AWS Partnership Experience: Proven experience forging GTM strategies with or at AWS, showcasing a knack for collaborative success.
- Customer Engagement: 5+ years experience in customer-facing roles, including Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer, with a focus on GTM in pre/post-sales settings.
- GTM Strategy Expertise: 5+ years experience dedicated to developing and executing GTM strategies for enterprise products, demonstrating a track record of successful partnership management.
- Solution Architecture Proficiency: 5+ years of experience in architecting and implementing technical solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced data science or AI/ML, proficiency in Python and Jupyter Notebooks, capable of rapid prototyping and presenting complex proof of concepts with ease.
- Business Insight: Exceptional understanding of business dynamics, adept at accelerating the adoption of highly technical solutions through strategic insights.
- Communication Excellence: The ability to deeply understand business problems shifting seamlessly between executive-level presentations and technical discovery with customers.
- Ability to Rapidly Learn: A continuous learner with a proven ability to adapt to and leverage emerging technologies, keeping at the forefront of AI innovation.
- Adaptability & Proactivity: A proactive approach to ambiguity, excelling in dynamic environments by building processes and mechanism to scale success throughout the organization
