About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically savvy Solution Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our initial software release, working closely with our design partner customers, and building a vibrant ecosystem around our initial product release, leveraging your expertise in both AI development and solution architecture.
Responsibilities:
Bridge the gap between customer experience and engineering:Translate insights from customer interactions into valuable technical requirements for the engineering team, focusing on AI-specific needs and DLOps integrationAdvocate for user needs and champion customer-centric design decisions that address their AI development and deployment challengesCollaborate with engineers to continuously improve and refine the product, ensuring it caters to the evolving needs of AI developers and data scientistsDevelop engaging interactive guides:Create clear and concise materials as interactive guides to empower potential customers to understand and leverage our software's key features and capabilities, particularly as they relate to AI model development, training, and deployment within their existing infrastructureDesign training programs that cater to different audiences and learning styles, addressing the specific needs of data scientists, ML engineers, and IT professionalsStay up-to-date on community advancements and ensure training materials are accurate and relevant, reflecting the latest advancements in AI capabilities and DLOps best practicesHelp shape our go-to-market strategy:Actively engage with the deep learning community to identify market opportunities and potential partnerships, focusing on solutions that address key challenges in AI development and deploymentAnalyze trends and insights to prioritize features and capabilities that benefit AI developers and data scientists, considering DLOps requirements and ecosystem integrationContribute to the development of strategic partnerships and build a broader ecosystem around our software, fostering collaboration with tools and service providers in the deep learning spaceAdditional responsibilities:Stay current on the latest advancements in deep learning, AI model development, and DLOps best practicesDevelop strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences, clearly explaining complex AI concepts and solutionsDemonstrate a collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively across different teams, including engineering, product, and customer successWork closely with key customer design partners:Collaborate with early adopters to understand their needs, feedback, and deployment experiences, particularly focusing on their AI model development and deployment challenges, and documenting the benefits of the RapidFire product Assist partners in deploying and testing our initial software release within their deep learning infrastructure, providing guidance on performance optimization and troubleshootingGather comprehensive technical feedback on features and functionality, specifically related to AI model development, training, and deployment capabilities,
Qualifications:
Experience as a Solutions Architect or similar technical roleStrong understanding of deep learning concepts, architectures, and model development processesPractical experience developing and deploying AI modelsUnderstanding of deep learning infrastructure and performance issuesFamiliarity with DLOps principles and activities, including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoringExperience working with ecosystem tools like PyTorch, Jupyter notebooks, and Kubernetes is a plusExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalAbility to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for a non-technical audiencePassion for building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders,
