- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus while reviewing content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply guidelines effectively.
- Basic understanding of digital content platforms and social media.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving guidelines and priorities.
- Previous experience in content evaluation or rating is a plus, but not required.
- Customer Service experience will be highly valuable.
