AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: The ideal candidate will maintain and develop sales relationships with key accounts while identifying, analyzing, and developing business opportunities to increase our AMD footprint. You will engage customer business decision-makers to build trusting customer relationships to win designs and business. Responsible for config design win activities, business management, and revenue ownership, and be on point to solve complex, high ambiguity problems independently. THE PERSON: You have excellent relationship-building skills and strong decision-making skills. Our communication and presentation skills are strong. You also have the unique ability to identify market opportunities, develop sales plans and execute those plans to fruition. Frequent travel is required (25%+). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage channel sales representatives and drive overall AMD CPU/Graphic/System demand in Northwest region, Delivery AMD sales target include sell through and sell out. Build up healthy and competitive channel structure to increase overall AMD CPU/Graphic/System share in Northwest region. Develop new market opportunities to keep grow AMD CPU/Graphic/System sales in different industry, extend AMD products to I-café and commercial market etc. Alliance with eco-system partners to build up AMD CPU/Graphic/System sales momentum together Execute AMD GC channel sales strategy in Northwest region include promotion and channel partner programs. Continue to enhance the offline coverage with Ryzen store foundation and drive the retail innovation through livestreaming retailers like DouYin. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 1. College graduate, at least 5-year management experience in channel distribution business, 10-year sales experience in IT industry, experiences from semicondctor industry or selective IT companies are preferred; 2. Strong business sense and good communciaiton/influencing skills with both internal and external customers and stakeholders; 3. Collaborative management style and is capable of working in a highly-matrix organization; 4. Customer oriented, passionate to win, highly-committed and self-disciplined 5.
